Order requests and payment

Submitting the website checkout saves an order request. Availability, delivery, payment method and the final invoice are confirmed by our team. Send the prepared WhatsApp message to continue. An order request does not mean payment has been collected.

Prices and delivery

Listed prices include taxes. Website delivery is complimentary on orders above ₹2,000; otherwise ₹100 applies. Commercial supply, delivery estimates and any additional location-specific terms must be confirmed before payment.

Returns and assistance

If a parcel arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order ID and photographs. Our team will assess the issue and confirm a suitable remedy. Please consult the shipping and returns FAQs when placing your order.

Partnership proposals

Franchise investments, business projections and affiliate examples are proposal information. Final costs, inclusions, territories and operating responsibilities require an agreed commercial arrangement. Business outcomes depend on your location and operations.
